Andy Racicot

Andrew has responsibility for establishing and scaling the company’s global manufacturing network for FrontlineODP™ spray-dried plasma consumables. In this role he leads the design, commissioning and operation of fully automated facilities that collectively are planned to deliver up to nearly one million units of dried plasma annually across the U.S., Europe and the Indo-Pacific, ensuring efficiency, quality and supply-chain resilience for military and civilian healthcare customers.

Andrew has global experience in the establishment of production facilities and will oversee the development and ongoing operation of the proposed Welsh manufacturing site, applying his experience in regulated life-science manufacturing and complex supply-chain management to deliver a reliable, high-value production asset for Wales, integrated into Velico’s wider international network.
