Velico Service Agreement

At Velico Medical, we are committed to supporting our partners through exceptional service and proactive maintenance. Our goal is to ensure your FrontlineODP™ equipment performs reliably and efficiently, so you can focus on delivering lifesaving care. With responsive support, expert technicians, and a streamlined maintenance process, we’re here to keep your operations running smoothly — every step of the way.

Coverage Summary

Velico’s service agreement includes comprehensive service and support for the following equipment:

  • FrontlineODP™ Sealer
  • FrontlineODP™ Dryer

Services Provided

Preventive Maintenance

  • One (1) scheduled preventative visit per year for each device.
  • PM services include a detailed inspection, testing, and completion checklist.
  • Visits are coordinated at mutually convenient times during normal business hours.

Repair Coverage

  • Full coverage of labor and parts for repairs due to normal wear and tear.
  • All repair services performed by certified Velico service personnel.
  • Use of specialized test equipment included.

Emergency On-Site Support

  • Rapid-response on-site service during normal business hours.
  • Travel costs included for all covered visits.

Shipping

  • Velico covers shipping costs for all parts under this agreement.

Service Hours

Standard service hours

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
(Excluding local and Velico-recognized holidays)

Services outside of standard hours are available upon request and billed separately.

Exclusions

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or external factors is not covered.
  • After-hours service requires prior approval and a separate purchase order.
